For one of my thesis animations, I decided to create a 60 second commercial for the Japanese company, Copic. Copic creates art supplies, targeting the professional artists. Known for their top of the line markers, I decided to create an animation centralized around their beautiful 286 spectrum line. Watch the process as it unfolds over the next 11 weeks.

After a long weekend of trying things, I finally got the animation up in a nice, high quality version that works with Flash. The Quicktime file is still available for those who need it. You also have a choice of size now!

Wow! What a long month. But after some long hours and lots of hard work, the animation reaches fruition. The animatic has also been added for comparison's sake. More renders and examples will be added soon.

The website goes live. Storyboards, preliminary models, and examples of some of the textured models posted.
