In March of 2007, a few gentlemen representing an up and coming company with brilliant dreams came to my team with a vision. That vision included large concrete pyramids. After exchanging a few strange looks, we learned about the Texas Great Barrier Reef project, a plan to help rebuild the broken habitats along the Texas coast. We were to create the animation for a promotional video that would be shown to benefactors and eventually U.S. Congress. We set to the task with little hesitation, and the results were good. Since we were a good team that worked well together, the project came together in about nine weeks, a week or so shy of our deadline.
